Hi Kevin, I actually tried to crop out the cars initialy, but I ended up chopping off so much of the image that I put it back it :-).

Thanks for the kind words! I felt luck had a lot to play in this this shot as I was riding a cable car and took the shot as we were driving up the sreet.

i agree with ben about the cars - crop them out and you have a shot that could have been taken any time -great perspective - K

if the modern cars werent there i'd have thought this a stock image from the 40's. It just has that feel. While Architectural photography isnt my bag, some people like you seem to do an excellent job of it
