fantastic scenery; b&w works here perfectly and emphesize the atmosphere; for the composition I would crop the upper (or the bottom - but for sure the upper) part of the shot to avoid having horizon in the middle of the shot;
anyway, like the idea;

stunning image michael. love the mood created. glad i am not there mind you. looks desolate and foreboding . out of interest, are they photoshop clouds, or were they from the day and touched up in ps? whatever though they look stunning and thats the main thing.
