Let me explain you about the wall : it is not metallic; unfortunately, like in many old villages by the seaside the humidity infiltrates through it until the paint comes off in crusts and strange colors appear.
To tell you the truth, although I might not want to have these stains on my own house, I find them quite fascinating!

Vengo a ringraziarti per i commenti che mi hai lasciato. Lo faccio su questo bel particolare (Portovenere?) Ammirando anche altre spettacolari foto, come "Storm in the bay". Di solito odio i tramontini "scontati", ma quello è un affresco!
Abbiamo qualcosa in comune, anch'io ho la D70 e ne vado pazzo. Attualmente fotografo molto con la praticissima Canon power shot G6 (ottima la resa) ma... La F3, è sempre ...la F3!!! Capisci?!? Tornerò con calma a visitare le tue splendide foto. Amo la fotografia della donna, in quanto scorgo una sensibilità superiore. (quantomeno alla mia) Di nuovo grazie!!
