I was standing in the middle of this stream; freezing water rushed into my boots and my legs went numb to the knees. I managedto get back to my car, and turned the heat of full to my bare feet. Good way to get hypothermania. But God help me, I loved it!
Thanks for your comments. That's good advice. I'll try to be more careful in the future, especially since I am a lot older and a litle worse in health.
Left the land of snow and ice 30 yrs. ago for the southern climes. If we get a measureable amount here they let the schools out and declare a'Winter Storm Warning':-)
Thanks for your nice comments. Unfortunately, where I live now doesn't get much snow; it takes quite a drive to get to areas where snow is available, about 2-5 hours driving, with no promise of snow available.
This was taken in Indianaapolis, my former home, and place of birth. Now that place REALLY has snow, and easy to get to. Yep!
