Hi Roberto, the thin layer of snow on the landscape really adds something to this image; it takes it out of the ordinary, as if there's such a thing with landscapes from Siena. Excellent capture of the sloping hills, the tonal differences make them come out perfelctly. Very well captured.

Alla dolcezza di questo paesaggio aggiungiamo il bianco candido della neve.
Sai che forse è la prima volta che vedo un'area così vasta in Toscana coperta da neve. Ho visto qualche mucchietto qua e là: qui mi verrebbe quasi voglia di ritirare fuori gli sci dalla cantina.
Molto bella e straordinariamente riposante. E il cielo che si rispecchia nella neve.

hi roberto,
absolutely stunning. you redefined the slogan "reduced to the max". the hills look like sand or snow piles, and the small high-contrast area formed by the trees are the cherry in this setup. love the small path that makes it's way along the forefront. the splendid sky with the blue tonal range rocks.
the only thing I would think about is a mild framing.

This is really good work and color and sky are excellent, but I think picture is better if you turn it like I did what do you thin is better, it seem too be winter almost in all countries those days it give plenty picture opportunity.
