Hi Mary, when did you live here? Then you must know Nürnberg very well...the "Burgviertel" is not longer was it was once..rather dead atmosphere in comparison to earlier times, though there still are the wonderful romantic places and restaurants...Very attractiv and worth to see it the 'blue night',where many buildings are beamed with blue light...a wonderful vision.
Regards,Ursula

Yes, my parents were there for 6 years. I like the strolls at night round the castle...

The name of the sculptor..Jürgen Weber

Ehekarussell

The opinions about this gruesomely beautiful
fountain are very different...though it is well worth a visit...as another famous fountain (der Schöne Brunnen),where the saga says to twist a ring without beginning and end...to have a wish for free...

LG,Ursula

Like it, i only feel that it would be more stronger with an diafragma fully open so that the surrounding of the statue with the bird would be blurry.

Regards
K.

Hi Ursula,

LG,
Thilo
