Thank you for the comment.
The DOF was artificial stuff. I just extracted the girl from the main image and blurred the the back ground and pasted the girl back on to the blurred background.
Works very well.
If you are interested in the techniqal stuff, please let to me back and I will explain to you how.
I use Adobe ps.

Very good portrait, very natural pose.
