Great shot. Love the angle.
I need to go climbing there. There was a photo in some climbing rag of a sign in the middle of the top of the tower that read 'no climbing beyond this point'. On it was a climber doing a handstand.

I never saw it this way, it looks like a prow of a ship, or a huge huge tree cut down. Great Shot

I'm from Turkey but I know this place very well from the Rock&Ice magazine and some guides, fantastic place, lots of crack routes, like a dream... Awesome shot, you took me there, thanks...

this reminds me of Close Encuonters of the 3rd kind - as it will to everyone I guess
a different angle gives it a whole new cnotext though -g really effective lines in there.

Very nice Phil. I have been there and it is a massive and interesting rock. I think you captured it well here, I really like your low POV and great exposure. Alls well !! jimc

Philip,
Very nice shot. I like the clouds and sky, which you captured well. I also like the use of the boulder as a foreground interest, though from the angle it is hard to gage its size. But i guess a higher angle would mean losing the tower itself.
Nice work overall, and thanks for your comment!

that is a wonderful angle of the monument. Nice contrast of the color of the rock with the sky. Superb work.

The image is great with an interesting viewing angle. The only objection is the large frame/mat seems to dwarf the image, reduces it's scale. Bob
