There is a good reason Kunal, namely the Sony F717 which is limited to 1/60" shutterspeed in nightshot mode (this is the mode i take all my IR shots with, it permits handtaken shots).
The overexposure of the background was a choice made to have the foliage as detailed and well exposed as possible, because in the shade ..

Very impressive IR composition. IR effect gives completely different perspective to a otherwise normal image. Some of the details in background are bit overexposed which , its my suggestion only, if being taken care of, the image may enhance to a great extent. Still, very nice composition and contrast. Was there a perticuler reason why this image was taken at slow sutter speed since it looks to be a bright day and taking image at faster shutterspeed could have enhanced sharpness of the image.

Really like this effect and postprocessing.But I thought 1/60 is not enough..have tried some IR shots...all ca.4sec...but have no idea how to treat it.
