Hi Alper,
very good street photography. The man is perfectly placed on the upper right, about to leave the framing. The decision to emphasize the midtones and to use just a few lights and shadows is something that makes me think. maybe a more "aggressive" version with details in the wall's textures may be a different picture with interest.

Great shot Alper! You have used the ladder to great advantage in accenting the perspective and also leading the eye into the frame to the person walking away. Excellent. An extremely well composed shot. Great lighting and you have mainted the textures of the wall very well in the B&W transition. Your B&W use here is expert! Congrats!
