I thought this was a great idea!
You had me fooled! I was sure it was a window frame from the thumbnail. Interestingly enough it was the one I chose to comment on even seeing it as a thumbnail.

Se te echaba de menos ya ;).
Te cuento lo que le hice a esta foto: la verdad es que con Photoshop llevo desde julio o agosto y no tengo ni idea de canales, sólo lo uso para darle un poco de color, contraste, enfoque y poco más. Esta noche pruebo lo que me has dicho. La foto la tenía ahí apartada y al final me he decidido a subirla (y menos mal, porque con comentarios como el tuyo aprenderé un montón  ). Creo que lo único que hice fue pasarle varias veces el Neat Image a toda la imagen, pero claro al crear ese efecto en el cielo también aparecieron las rayas blancas :(.

i know this sensation... i agree with your choice to share it, it's a simple yet fascinating image... maybe there are few oversharpening artifacts, but i like it anyway.

Hola Sergio!
Ya estoy de vuelta por aquí. He tenido una semana con un lio tremendo.
La idea de la foto me encanta, pero te voy a dar un consejo. Cuando hagas una seleccion con PS, en este caso la reja, crea un canal nuevo con la seleccion que has hecho, y le aplicas un poco de desenfoque gausiano, después pinchas sobre ese canal y en seleccion, le das a cargar seleccion, al trabajar con esta selección evitas que aparezcan esas lineas blancas de luz que aparecen pegadas a la reja. También se puede selecionar y aplicarle calado a la selección, pero en este caso difumina en ambas direcciones. Yo uso uno u otro en función la zona a tratar, en el caso de tu foto mejor la opcion de desenfoque.

I like it, and I see from your portfolio that you have a very good eye for lines and shapes in your composition. This is a good example just a simple shot but the combination of colours and lines makes a stunning image.
