Hi Phil,
Excellent idea! At the time, I didn't have a photo of my studiou to show, but remembering this thread, I snapped a few during last weekends' shoot - per attached. Not quite as advanced as yours, but it suits the purposes...:) I hope more people will follow and allow us a "glimpse in their kitchen".
Cheers,
Hugo

If I were to post a photo of my studio, it would be my bathroom for my makeup/beauty type portraits (it's the only room in the house where I can get good light! LOL)
Or it would be the open field outside my sliding glass door where I usually take pictures of the kids!
I can't wait for the day when I can actually own a decent camera and have my own little studio with lights and whatnot... sigh....

Hmmmmm . . .ok, well I have a shot of the portion of the Studio in the West Wing of my home . . . LoL! As you can see . . . it's a white cardboard box on the footstool in front of the TV . . . But then, it's still the newest wing of my studio. Computer and laptop (for my mobile Pacific Coast studio) is to the left out of camera range. My studio has always been my bags and equipment . . . my wireless laptop . . . and where ever I am!! :)
Regards, Doyle I <~~~~~~

Here's some older photos of the Studio. The desk has been replaced with a big glass top one and brushed silver/steel frame - very industrial looking and much stronger. Now holds the whole G5 Pro Mac/23 inch HD Mac screen set up. Have to replace the floor (in the process now, it's a mess) since this one is really thrashed. Behind the black door is a nice sized Dressing/Make-up room w/ small fridge, very small stove, and microwave (oh, and Blender of course - lol), Seperate shower/sink room, watercloset -small room w/ toilet, and a small storage room. Still use Speedatron Black Line Flash equipment (have NEVER had one problem with it - amazing) and a Sekonic Flash meter. Forgotten the model numbers on all this stuff years ago. Oh , and Smith Victor Tungsten Lights. There's also a multi speaker stereo system in there - Yamaha equipment I believe. Can't work or shoot without music so ... it's been there forever (pre Dolby 5.1) and is always on with the 5 CD/DVD disc changer doing it's job. Mark PS.Scan is off of some prints so may not look too hot... A very organized Photographer here as you can see....

Wow, that's small. Here's one of the shots (but it's a horrible scan, must find the prints and rescan. Like I said - I'm very organized - lol) BTW those black things on the upper left side are 3x4 ft. Soft Boxes hanging from the ceiling when not in use. I'm a "Soft Box Man" - love 'em.....
