I have also taken some images with high voltage over head conductors disturbing my images.
The best idea to remove these conductors from your images :
1= get the size of the images required for posting. for example by reducing the size using the Save for Web
2= when the first resizing is done, enlarge your images as much as possible to see the conductors into large grains .
3= when you get those large grains the carefull clone them using the photoshop clone stamp tool_ I did this in a number of my images and they turned to be ok.
In case you need me to help you with one of the images, we can do that together while on MSN messenger.

Here is another option. Use the magic wand to select the wire. Use the down or up cursor arrow to slide the selection off the wire. Press (Control and C simultaneously) to copy area immediately next to wire. Press to paste new layer. Switch to arrow and move the newly pasted selection over the wire. Double-click to lock it on. Repeat as needed. Use healing brush and clone stamp to clean details as needed. This will save a LOT of clone and heal tool usage. Good luck.

When I run into this kind of problem, I find the clonestamp/healing brush to be my best friends. Unlike Rashed above, I prefer to work on the image in full resolution. It gives you the most accurate color representation for your images and lets the healing brush do it's job that much more.
While this is not my image, you can see on that I corrected as a suggestion in one of my critiques.

You can see that I removed power lines, tree branches, and meters. Practice and you'll be amzed what you can remove from a photo!

Thank you.  I edited at full resolution so that when I resized it the blemishes went unnoticeable.

Well my name can be male or female and has many different spellings. The most common is Carlin. It's supposed to be British for Carolyn... it's kind of a rare name but I guess my parents liked it. lol

the best way would be clone them out by zooming in on your image.
Do not forget in PS work, you need to be patient.
