Q. Swapping photos & copyright protection

Is it possible to swap photos on usefilm with an updated version of the photo. I would like to add 'meta info' into the files for copyright protection. I am not sure if 'meta info' is the right term, maybe its 'Exif data' is I just want to be able to prove someone grabbed a photo, and prove it is really mine. I know this maybe a big extreme, maybe I will just do it on future posts. Also is there a way to perminately lock the file so someone can't open the file in PS and change the data?
