  Q. 7 old rolls of Kodachrome

Asked by Randy Libner    (K=4084) on 8/29/2010
One is 1996, two to four of them are 1999 and two are more recent, but not in their boxes, so I can't date them. Two rolls, an old one and a new one are KR25, the others are KR64.

What are the chances the older rolls will develop fairly well? None were stored cold. I live on the Oregon coast, so I can vouch these rolls never saw very many summer days over 75 degrees inside the house. I know the freezer would have been best, but I forgot about these rolls when I stopped using the cameras.

Do you think the film might still have potential?
