ack, I wish there was an edit option.. I mean, after the film is dry, then load it up onto the camera and shoot as normal. Only that the anti-halation backing has been washed off.

You know, that is actually kind of a fun idea. I may have to try it sometime. I have always liked the extremely antique look of the old haloed light spots. I bet TMY 400 would be a good choice, too, since it has a very heavy coating. They must put all that green coating on there for a reason. Maybe it is really critical for flare back into the film. I am not sure if getting wet would effect the film otherwise, but it is a wet layer when it is applied. Never hurts to try a couple sheets.

Andy, I don't think it is just water that removes the anti-halation backing, I think it takes actual fixer or blix if you are using color.
