Q. Live Critiques

From time to time I run into many of you on usefilm chat. If you have an image you want to discuss, please feel free to ask me. My internet connection speed has been reduced this past week (phone company re-routed my lines, and greatly reduced my service capabilities for now), so it's difficult for me to load images quickly. Still, I'm willing to participate, and more than happy to try to help anyone improve their photography if I can. You can also contact me via e-mail (critique@naturephotography.net), and ask me to review an image. Please though, don't send the images to me, just give me an address where I can view it! At a blazing speed of 2K/second now, it takes forever to get big attachments!

This is wonderful Steve! Sorry to hear about your computer challenges. As soon as I'm back on my feet I'll be out there snapping away. I've got any number of questions to ask and I feel awkward asking on the chat since there are usually any number of conversations already in progress.

So a few months back when we had a live online critique,
Steve chided me for not owning a decent loupe. It was just
one of those purchases that seemed easy to put off. I picked up a
new Schneider 4x today and can't believe what I've been missing
for all these years!
