Good to know that you´re so flexible, but as I mentioned earlier I think we could have a great time delivering flowers together, so nothing special arrangements is necessary whatsoever and I have a fine sleepingback as well:-)
I know that James lives in Ballard, a part of Seattle. That´s about it.
I´m wondering what would be good to do thinking that maybe I should fly either to Washington state or Oregon first and then leave from the other. That also depends on the time, prize etc.
Okay I´d better settle down now not knowing when this will be possible, but we´ll meet for sure:) The two crazy mermaids*LOL*

Trains head up to Salem daily as far as I know Annemette...but I will check further into time schedules, etc... The last trip on a train took twice as long as by car, and was not all that comfy... BUT that was a while back too... there are many variations and we need more info from James to know exactly where abouts to be headed exactly.....
I am excited about your seriousness to make this trip...and I am always a bit in limbo as far as times... so for me it's more like whenever it works for you I can make it work too :))

I´m quite certain that James laughs about it - otherwise I would never have suggested it! No worries, Michele:-)
My husband knows that I´m thinking about coming to visit and asks me when I´m going:-) So you see it´s not so crazy talking about this.
If I had no family or dog, I would just come over, if it suited you, but of course I need to plan it a bit.
Are there any trains going to Seattle from Salem? You mentioned all the trains passing by Salem every day, so maybe this is an easy way to go up north?
Okay I can keep on going right now with all this talk about visits, photomermaids, Oregon the state of my dreams, the luxpoet in Seattle etc. so I´d better stop now.

I am totally hysterical...I was last night when James wrote..and I felt bad for him too... like 'we were harrassing him' and hopefully he doesn't feel we are(??) he seemed alright leaving 'us' with an open invite ...but still....haha! I have to laugh-
not at anyone of us- well maybe at 'US' ha!!
Great thoughts about driving around delivering flowers and taking shots dear Annemette !!! Gotta run to work now ...early day !!!!!!

You´re right- we´re hopeless dreamers, but that´s not the worst thing in life to be. Secondly you´re right, Michele. I do travel a lot, it means so much to me to get out and see parts of the world, so having both you and James over there on the West Coast makes it more and more tempting to travel over and visit you:-) I also came to think that if your employer says nothing of it then I wouldn´t mind tag along when you drive around with flowers, I mean no reason to use valuable vacation. I´m sure we could have lots of fun on the road also taking photos:-)

I know...I understand ... actually it's how we all feel.. or most all of us photographers anyway.
Annemette and I like to just dream out-loud about what we would like to do , and then who know's one day it might happen....
She travels a lot more than me...and when she realized that we weren't so far apart in distance ..( nieghboring states)) and she is into her 'bodyexplorations'
but she is 'shy'.... she just kind of thought maybe if we 2 girls were together she would feel more comfortable .............
So this is how it started James...
No worries.... It's all talk at this point anyway :))

The logs have taken over a good part of some of the beaches...good thing they only are so bad at the bay...not at any other beach...not like this anyway :))

Kind of makes you wonder where the heck all these logs come from... it's not like they have forest out in the ocean. Unless they are swept down the river into the ocean... got me.
You should take up whittling.

Hi my dear Srna... I understand all the thoughts that must go thru a persons mind when seeing this kind of image...It's not a normal beach shot and usually by now this is cleaned up but the weather is too stormy here where I live on the Coast.... another rainey day...
but I said I would not complain about the lack of summer/spring anymore soooooooo .....
