About Drag racing is a straight line acceleration sport. The cars do a "burn-out" - which is spinning the tires - to heat the tires and lay down a layer of rubber on the track to improve acceleration at the start of the race. This car was in the processes of doing its burn-out and got sideways. It was coming at me so I snapped the photo and then ran.
