Looks like the exposure is perfect to me. Great detail and texture. Keeping the background in focus puts the outhouse in context. Congrats.

Teehee, yes mark, im afraid that we were quite the gaggle of giggling girls.(My grandparents had eight kids...I'm the third oldest grandchild of 32 i think-and now there are great grand kids too...) For a while, it was nothing but girls-and one boy who tormented us terribly, when i but now its nothing but boys!(lotsa pranks goin on nowadays...;)

Is it a loo then? Sorry not quite sure I understood the description.
I understand why you had to take a picture of this though; it is indeed funny how we hold one to the oddest childhood memories.
I like the light and the detail you managed to get inhere.
Regards, Ciprian

Love it, Corrie! What a cool memory to have...notice I said MEMORY- not cool to those who still have to use one! HAHA! Your memory of it as a kid makes it even more sentimental. Well done. Hope you are making a great scrapbook of these Kansas memories for your kids to see one day.
