I'm assuming you meant what could you do given the film already in the camera. For the lighting situation, You have to get the camera sitting on the edge of a chair, edge of the bar, something to steady you. You could switch to shutter priority to make sure of what your shutter speed is & see how Much trouble you will have Hand Holding. I like the out of focus look for this shot it really gives a moody effect, let's you know "it's party time." It's a nice shot-not every photo needs to be sharp. I would crop off some of the lights at the top if I could.
Well, if you wanted it sharped, I am going to go ahead and guess using a faster film. Im sure you knew that though. I hope you didn't mean sharpening in photoshop or something, because I am not trying to be a smartass here. But, I like the image how it is, the colors are cool. :)
