When there is a cablecar, then you know it's a major climb by foot! But give me a trail any day (except for the one at Idyllwild-to-Palm Springs). Spectacular view, and nice camera. And anything the Swiss make I feel much better riding in.

I not been on a cable car. It looks like it would be a scenic and interesting ride. However, I htink i'd be glad to be back on solid ground.

Hey Rafi, a real history lessons in your last 6 pics. I really like them, each one is particular. "The walking shadow" and "In memory of" (for its PS work) are my preferred ones.

Thanks for sharing.

Wish you and happy new year, health and happiness for 2006 my friend.

Sorry, George, about your acrophobia. I know what it's like. I also avoid going close to a tall building's railing, it gives me a weird feeling & my becoming medical officer in a parachute unit was a counterphobic maneuver, not very successful one.
Best regards,
Rafi

It is a fine shot--of a situation that's not for me. I do have a bit of acrophobia, and so I'm very happy it was not up to me to get this shot, but I'm glad you did! ;-)

Happy New Year,
--George
