Thank you George... an excellent comment.
It would not have been possible getting this shot with my old Canon A40 due to the camera shake.. so I wanted to try this one straight away with the Lumix.
I don't own a tripod yet... & whilst taking this shot I was leaning on a lamppost... the tip about ISO setting is great... Hopefully once I get used to this camera I can get a clearer night shot of this Lion.. he really does look excellent in the dark.
