Wonderful framing...terrific light. I, too, would love to know your technical details on this shot...something so beautiful would benefit future shots to know what was done! But, that doesn't detract anything from this photo! Great job!

No question that the colors and tones are subtle and very breathtaking. The lines of trees naturally takes the eye down to the lake. The light also is wonderful in the way it dances on the leaves of the trees. I'm with Jim on the point about using USM to punch it up a bit. I think its necessary given the sharpness of the house you see in the distance.

I find this a very atmospheric picture, I like looking at it and wondering what the circumstances were. There is something about houses on a lake, I think and then the nice colors in the trees in the foreground. Very nice composition!

Enchanting. A great setting excellently captured. A little sharpening (unsharp mask in an image editor) prior to uploading would give it a little more punch.
