About Yesterday I posted a shot of this storm with the swimmers cloned out.
When I posted that image on another site, I got the comment, that it would be better *with* a swimmer.
So I searched through my many shots I took of this storm and found this one and I actually like it myself. I preferred the previous one initially, because the sky had become very dark in this one and in the other one you can see the definition of the clouds better.
Yet this guy still ventured into the water.
On the other site a couple of people accused me of faking this swimmer in, but I assure you, I have neither the skill, nor the desire to do so.
All that was done to this image was bump up the contrast.
Unfortunately, I think the lack of detail in the surf in these pictures is either due to the camera I was using at the time, the Powershot S300 or the extremely white sand there. I have never seen such powdery and white sand anywhere else.
Sorry for the long story, but I was worried I might be accused of fakery again, yet I want to post this picture as I consider it one of my best ever :).

I agree petra - what a mood the sky looks in - I think the swimmer may have been backing out of the picture (I would!)

nice photo! I'd be proud to call this one mine. I agree w/ Harvey that w/ some of the bottom cropped out it may be more focused.

probably the best of the photos I've seen of yours on UseFilm. Straight horizon and very dramatic, rich saturation. You might consider a crop bottom left to take out the somewhat distracting white patch.
