Yes, it is good for a wide range of styles and R&B would be perfect. Jazz, swing, blues, I love it all! I haven't taken this one out too much to bars. Thanks for taking the time to look at the portfolio Konstantin.

Thanks so much Carl. This one is a beautiful photo of a beautiful playing guitar. The other "Altar" was a starange thing to find in a small cove by the lake. I was all alone and just walked up on it as I was going along the bank.

It is a Heritage H-550 and it is very similar to a Gibson L-5. It sounds great! Thanks Davide.

Thanks for the info. I checked out their website, and I must say that I am impressed with the look of their guitars. The closest dealer is almost four hours away, but I will take the drive to try them out. I love the maple grain on the 335 style in your picture. Thanks.

Hi Ashley, thanks for your comment. The guitar is made by the Heritage guitar company. I am attaching a photo that show the kind of quality guitars that they make. The first is a Golden Eagle jazz guitar with a Kent Armstrong handwound floating pickup and Benedetto ebony finger rest and tailpiece. The second is a 335 style, and the third is the one in the other photo which is like an L5-CES Gibson.

This is certainly as beautiful as any thing that Gibson produces. I have a funky Gibson electric that was made in Kalamazoo, I haven't had to tweek it in the ten years that I have had it. Those guys know how to build guitars. I really enjoyed seeing this one. What name do these former gibson builders go by?

Thanks everyone for the very nice welcome and encouragement. The guitar is a Heritage made in the old Gibson factory in Kalamazoo MI by the same guys who made the Gibsons in the 50's/60's. When Gibson moved to Nashville many of the employees did not want to move and they bought the building and equipment and started their own company. They make excellent guitars that stand up against anything that Gibson produces.
