Your right that is the idea. The other Carmel Flyway has the land as a point of comparison. I found without a reference the birds look like so many flying MMMMMMMMMMMM's-Rich

I hope this wasn't near where your car was parked. Great capture. You've definitely captured the chaotic atmosphere of birds flying off in mass. The backdrop of the golden hills sets this apart from the average grab shot. It provides a sense of place, at least to me.
