I would removed the necklace (as it's a tiny bit of a distraction), and I would remove just a little more of the top of her head, but overall I really like this! Nice job, Eric. I envy you your success! :-)

tis a good moment, a longer lens might be called for but whattaiknow, slightly higher contrast maybe... the catchlight in the eyes from thee flash is good stuff

Well done Eric. Very nice detail and the lighting looks good. Good focus on the eyes. This is a warm, pleasing portrait.
