I find it interesting that each window is different, sort of a progression.
The left one has both sashes (upper and lower)intact, minus the glass of course. The next one has both sashes, but the top one has fallen down behind the bottom one. The third one shows the bottom sash falling out and half of the upper one missing. Finally, the one to the far right is missing both sashes.
I'm not sure what it means, perhaps a symbol of the aging process or something to that effect, but I like the way this image presents a self-contained series. Best wishes, Kurt
Hi Kurt, Good feel, and a very suitable addition to the series... Had to scroll down in your portfolio to see the others (again). The head on angle works well. Nice shot, with the soft contrast matching the decay....
