Thanx Ina for the tips, yes, I have also realized that one has to be careful with automatic levels. Best, Gyuri

Thank you so much Gyuri for the dedication, I saw your other reef picture and I like it very much, I find the composition beautiful in there as well. These Utah landscapes are great in their vastness and rock colors, there is great drama and the skies are awesome too. You captured these with a small camera, it's even more amazing. Great work, Gyuri! PS - You need to be careful with Auto levels, they could bring up wild colors, but also can destroy some of the medium tones. I try to stay away from them especially in fog pictures and whenever you want to preserve a range of medium tones. Cheers, Ina

Dear Ina, do you know any other Ina N. from UF? Because I don't. I wanted to appraciate this way your fantastic Flaming Gorge series. But of course I am already lagging behind again, I have just seen on the thumbnails that you are past that, offering again some interesting new ideas. I'll be back with you soon. Warm regards, Gyuri PS: Another, less colorful version of the Reef is in my early portfolio, this time I tried PS's "automativ levels" function and it made wonders. Plus I worked on the clouds in a different layer.

Wow, Gyuri, that's not for me - or is it? I'm humbled, I don't deserve this much attention! Superb image, like a great painting, of exceptional quality! I love the clarity and details, what have you been waiting for, why didn't you post this sooner? Wow! It is extraordinary, the enlarged version is even more spectacular! I love the colors and the lighting, and the great depth of field! Stunning panorama! The winding road and the van really gives a sense of scale of this monumental reef. Tremendous perspective and quality, and a big Thank you dear friend! A big favorite! Ina
