Its very frustrating. My shots never seem to have any 'glaring errors' but they're still all lacking SOMETHING...some 'oomph', for want of a better word....
ugh.try and try again.

Personally, I can't see any glaring errors in this shot. I think perhaps it might be a bit stronger with a little more DOF to sharpen the people toward the left a bit more but overall the composition is nice. I'm drawn into what the various people are doing and thinking. I like it. I personally think the rating of this is much too low. Nice work.
