Very close, Michael. It's an aircraft landing. The white and red light are the PAPI (precision approach path indicator). It's snowing quite heavily and the light from the PAPI are reflected in the snow falling to the ground

Well considering it is a 30 second exposure I would suggest it is a light aircraft taking off and another one landing.
