Michael - I have often thought about what I would do if I tripped while carrying the 200m? Sacrifice the lens ...or the body. I think I would just take my chances with the body. Glad you got it fixed---that's a great lens.

Pat -- Nice portrait! Than f2.0 really makes this big guy pop! Well done. Speaking of dropping expensive lens . . . I dropped my Nikon 70-200mm VR last fall while attending a photo workshop (kinda' ruined the remaining three days of the workshop). The good news was in how Nikon handled the repair. Yeah, it was pricey, but the lens came back better than new.
Hold on tight to that new lens! -Mike.
