About I want some critiques on this pic..
I did not want to get an effect like this..
at 30 and hand held.. with less light I was finding it difficult to actually adjust.. I have a long way to go before I can get my hands stiff.. these are some moments that I miss carrying a tripod.. but then I have never used a tripod..
Even though there is a blur of the dock..i still loved the painting effect that it has given to the image..
your comments will be highly appreciated...
