Blueish, a bit "cold", a bit strange, and above all interesting despite the fact that it is a "usual" photo. I can't say what makes it so interesting to my eyes, but perhaps it is the expression on that face. Should this be the case, it fcould win even more by using selective focus more intensly and letting the background get stronger out of focus.
