Mary is right. A truly Beckettian universe--especially in b&w. To complete, put one tiny figure huddled under one of the bare trees--or looking out of a trashcan! Nice idea about Grover's Corner, too, but the field would need to be much more congenial than this one! ;-)

hmm, if you put a bunch of wooden chairs in the middle of a field, and call it Grover's Corners, then I think you would have "Our Town". :-) and that slightly unstable feeling you talked about might work in more in your favor. You gave me that idea after mentioning what you saw in mine.

Really effective proportions; trees so tiny between metal, wire and brick- social comment that could be applied to much! Also, reminds me of a Samuel Beckett play for some reason- must be the bare looking braches- immediately made me think of "Waiting for Godot"!
