About Many handicapped people, both young and old, Christian and Jewish, ended up at Auschwitz and other concentration camps. The Nazi's felt they were inferior - in the Fascist world of the Nazi's, they were just a burden. Non productive so not needed, disposable. Here's a collection of the artificial legs and crutches that were once property of the prisoners. All this was taken away before the bodies were burned.

"Fine" example of what humans are capable of doing to other human beings...beyond my comprehension, but have never doubted what went on there for years....but hey! the weak shall inherit the earth,eh?...guess that is a matter of interpretation ;> ...harsh image that lingers

ah, yes.
Today's handicapped would be "those poor people".

I mean, why can't they go cash in some of their stocks and get their OWN yachts? Why do they have to keep mooching off the government?

Not to worry...we'll just strangle the government so it's incapable of helping anyone (but especially all those lazy poor people).

Dear Clarence, I think you're right. Besides the fact that tripods are not allowed, the light source is probably about 2 100 watt spots, there's a big thick glass to shoot through, and the shot above was flatbed scanned off a 4 x 6 print I'm sure i could have done better on the sharpness. Thanks for the advice on what's important here.I'll remember next time I stop by. All the Best, Mark
