About The new building which create energy from garbage. I saw this on my way to the watertower...With the late sun tinting the smoke and a small tilt i imagine the whole thing flying away... therefore the strange tilt. ;) When it´s about energy i think it´s allowed :D

I´m glad you liked it! I waas walking around so the smoke from the chimney would arrive from the middle of the building. It´s from a chimney that not belong to this building. I made the tilt there :)

Hahaha... how so creative. I love all these steep angle shots of yours and to be that imaginative to turn this upside down... well, that is just brilliant.

Best,
Dave

Lovely humour and beautiful capture.

I'd crop the neighbouring triangle which prevents the rocket from taking off freely!

It´s a simple joke about this wonderful architectural presence ....which is a place where they transform trash to energy and in my imagination the whole building fly away .... jajaja....

Excellent perspective, perfect diagonal with fine details.
The simple blue sky is a great background for the
well detailed abstract frontage of building.
That's a strong contrast, another striking compo with
lovely details. Nice abstraction my friend! Take care!

Have a nice day dear Jeanette!

HI Joel and thanks for your nice comment. Why i left the little mini triangle to the left - well that was to let the viewer understand that it´s ot flying ;D .... hm, to get the correct understanding...i guess. I looked at it both when taking this shot - which was done like this and not tilting afterwards - and i looked and wonder if or not save it like this. I decided to save it as it is.... i can´t give you a better ecplanation, sometimes it´s in the stomach you know..)

It makes me think of a rocket launch... countdown to zero :)
Great idea and perfect realization of the flying object! So interesting how it loses weight once it's up there, our mind sees it perfectly light and able to fly. Lovely afternoon lighting and great colors.
Amazing imagination, Jeanette, and the practical skills to make it look so real! Best regards, Ina

Yeah! This is great!

Jeanette, I love this! breaks the mold of every photo I've seen recently! What's so fantastic, is the scale. Very much allowed to rotate, and make it what you mind sees.

So wonderful! Well done Jeanette!

question...why leave that little bit of building in on screen left at the bottom?

so dig this image!

cheers,
-Joel

Most people in Japan think incinerating garbage is a good idea, and using it to generate energy is a GREAT idea. But "Not In My Back Yard" (NIMBY). This weird vehicle really looks as if it is blasting off into space. Great imagination!
