I had to get up erly for this one Mary as it is a long jurney,I was up at the crack of dawn and away
in the dark to get this sun rise shot among others.it was a beautiful carlm morning and turned out a great day too.Thanks mary for your exellent comment my dear stay bright and well....Bob.

I can just imagine myself sitting on that dock enjoying watching the sun light up each layer of lanscape as it rises. Of course, i'd have to get up earlier than I usually do, but some things are worth it. I really like how this captures that early morning stillness and beauty of the dawn's light. Delightful picture.

The light was a little darker than you see, I had to open up one stop more to get that efect right,

Great shot of the sun breaking out over the far shore, Bob! I really like the compostion with the silhouetted dock in the foreground in contrast to the bright scene across the lake.
