About Our dog stays outside when our family goes to church. He gets very despondent about this. As a sheepdog he feels he should keep his eye on us all. His big moment comes when we sound the bell... he barks vigorously in rhythm! (You can see the first signs of spring, already.)

Well, Gib, I knew that you would like the dog, smelling the camellias... Thanks for the comment. Isn't the Color Skopar 35/2.5 a real corker! The lovely image quality still has the capacity to surprise me after I've been using other, less exceptional lenses. The M42 40/2 is another good one in the same class and with a very similar "feel."

I like this shot, Roger, with the dog smelling the camellia! The sharpness of details, of which there are so many, is very pleasant!

You have mentioned several times about your love of this lens Roger and it is so justified. The depth to this shot is stunning and clarity throughout is first rate. Well done to you. All the best...Ray
