Dear Golboo,
I know what you say,
But, that was not a matter of choice,
I had no choice, the sun was on the Horizon right in front of trees and there were no details to Capture,

B&W moody landscape!
Beautiful, but i perefer to see more ditales from your trees and completed clouds too...

I assume that you just don't like the shot.
But, I can't see what you are trying to tell me.
I think it's OK while it's a Silhouette!
so, you gonna tell that the sky id dirt in this one too? : Old Look

The lower part is Underexpose and non of it's details display,
& the sky is dirt and not Vivid.
it needs some adjustment levels!

The idea is anyway; Nice. using BW converting is the first thing that makes this simply landscape Different. but the contrast and light isn't perfect indeed!
