Rina Funnel Web Spiders is a classifacation. These are not you mean boys(girls). They are common house or grass spiders. Yours can be deadly these are 10 cent -size and fun to shoot, but not dangerous. This was the shot I used to get so as you can see the tubes work pretty good ta .-Rich

Haven't got the foggiest idea about the ratings. Though, from what I can make out in different forum threads, I get the impression Phil's not too confident he's ironed out all the kinks yet. Have to wait and see... better to be safe than sorry I guess :)
Hey, didn't know there were Funnel Webs in the US. Or are they special imports? :)) Anyways, congrats for the new gear. Looking forward to seeing what you do with it!

Thanks Rina! I try to get a different look into the bug world. I tend toward the spiders because they are available and have a photo presence that other bugs lack. I would shoot other things if I had the chance but they live in Richland like the Hummingbirds and the sunrises so there they are. Thanks again for the comments. Do you know when the ratings might be back?-Rich P.S. I am getting a new Canon 30D with my new extension tubes I should be getting some new cool stuff.

I think you'll find Rich has a certain way with insects... no, it's not dead, just under a powerful hypnotic spell... ;)
Love your work Rich! Cheers Rina.
