Yes, it is over-exposed and blown-out, but the gritty quality recalls the work of some of the great photo-journalists. The sad fact is that this picture might have been taken in any large city. Good job . . .

Good capture Marian . . . almost better classified in journalism as it carries a statement. The overexposure distracts a bit (IMHO) but I'm sure you intended it and others would think it a good idea. . . the end result, however, is a good capture of a not so good comment about society.
