I agree with Laura, the top is messy and I'd also crop the pole on the left, that way you get a square image with the man, who's perfectly positioned, as the focal point and the lines leading in.

Very good tones, light and details in this image. The lines formed by the tracks are a great lead across the image. I think I might have cropped out the wire that runs across the top.
