Nicely done Romy:
I know I'm supposed to give a serious critique and not a "pat on the back" since this is the CC. Unfortunately, my only thought was to drop the top crop but, having done it myself, I find that you do seem to have a better capture with the black band across the top. I know Nick said that too, but it just feels like the lower crop would improve this image . . . until you actually use it. Then you feel like it should stay. You have done well on this . . . Congratulations.

Oops, clicked on the "Add comment" button accidentally, so I continue here.
The sky and the water share the same hues, but while the water is very sharply focues, the sky is soft in great contrast to the water. Also, the hills at the other side, being only black silhouettes integrate very well in the overall atmosphere.
I had only the impression that cropping could make it even better, and so I cropped that black band at the top. But I really can't tell if the image is better now. I think that black band is somehow part of your image.
Anyway, great work!

There are some lovely colors in this image. The silhouettes of the pilings are sharp. Th sun reflection in the water is like liquid gold. The only thing I would change, would be cropping a bit more at the top.
