Good action shot Ron, you did really well have the focus on the action in what I imagine to be a quite difficult location. You must have had good seats to be this close to the action with just a 50mm lens.

Thanks for the comment Laura. I do not use a flash at sporting events. I wouldn't think it would be effective. I just have the built-in to work with and I'm sure it won't provide anything more than a distraction.

Wow, dont have basketball here in Britain so this is a whole different culture to see! I think that was a good decision to place both before and after shots side by side, captures the 'moment' really well! And the depth of field draws you to the action.
