Wow. Stunning photo. A freing of mine from Greece says that this islnd is famous for it's sunsets. They actually have buses and signs that say (in Greek) "To The Sunset". Did you happen to make any photos of a sunset while you were there??

Darrin, your shot is very beautiful. I like the combination of the blue/white architecture in the foreground with the wonderful landscapes on the left and old townparts in the background. Nice few, congrats!

Darrin, think this is a great shot of Santorini - wanna go there, now!!! Think it would have been perfect if the sun on the village in the background had been on the foreground, those blues sunlit would have been amazing, but the weather is what it is! nice shot.

I ike the angle you shot this from, just a stunning capture, and not an easy one to take, to expose the shadows with enough details, and not overexpose the sky. You did a great job. Darrin

Good point, Megan, will check that out - Thanks. By the way, the boat is sailing on the ocean. Santorini is an extinct volcano shaped like a crescent. The centre of the crescent is the volcan itself.

Darrin,
Wonderful shot! You must have been delighted to discover this spot. The fact that the houses are white and blue, like the lake and boat below, really make it.
I'm no expert on graphics, but do you resize your images to be the size recommended in the Usefilm FAQ's? I know if the image uploaded is larger Usefilm compresses it - this could be leading to the extra softness?

Darrin, this is a great photo. It looks like those Greek postcards. The boat in the BG is the icing on the cake. The colours are beautiful. Well done. Not much to critisise here.

If it seems a little soft, please accept that the original is very sharp. Something happens when the shots are uploaded here, a few people have mentioned this. Thanks, Darrin
