Hi, Mom!

I took the time to mess with your shot. I tried to bring out more of the detail and sharpness. I Love the composition and the colors. I just thought they need a tad bit of a boost.
Let me know what you think.

Thanks Don - I do, and I have tried all three strengths - not enough power and guess I need to go to something a little stronger.

Hi Jan, I think you have a diopter setting on the viewfinder of your camera. That might help sharpen things in it.. I know that I have to use the diopter setting in mine with my glasses. Don.

You are exactly right Don - after looking at this in the daytime when I am wide awake the whole shot is a little soft. I was focusing on the back two, but looks like I missed on those too. Have just got to get to the eye dr. and see what strength I need in the viewfinder. Great suggestion about using something to put a neutral background behind the flowers. Will give that a go. PS - I have been enjoying "traveling with you". Your posts have been great. Jan

Hi Jan, this appears to not be quite sharply focused especially on the front tulip.. Might consider putting a blank card of some kind behind the flower for a neutral background. Mount boards are great for this.. Don.
