First let me thank you for your kind comments, as I should thank everyone who has commented on this image, your praise and theirs has been unexpected but very much appreciated. I was very suprised to recieve this award considering all the great photographers on this site, so a big thank you to you all, including yourself Doyle!
In the meantime keep snapping away and don't ditch the Nikon.

An Awesome shot Ray and a Well Deserved award. I had a yellow rose capture which I had also named Texas Rose (due to the song) . . . Now I'll burn my photo and my camera . . . Ok, not the Nikon . . . . fine, not the picture either but there's NO way to improve on this (except the frame in my opinion) and I think I'll work with something else till this is old(er) - ;)
