This is a spectacular shot from a vantage point that is equally as spectacular. Capturing the magic of that high desert sun you have created a piece that defines the Glen Canyon. Congratulations, this is one of the best dam shots I have seen! -john

This is one of the very few places in the world where you can let the sun do your Photoshop work for you. I can remember standing at the same location many years ago (the dam wasn't built yet) and listening to my parents discussing how quickly the light could change the entire scene.
