This is a spectacular shot from a vantage point that is equally as spectacular. Capturing the magic of that high desert sun you have created a piece that defines the Glen Canyon. Congratulations, this is one of the best dam shots I have seen! -john

This is one of the very few places in the world where you can let the sun do your Photoshop work for you. I can remember standing at the same location many years ago (the dam wasn't built yet) and listening to my parents discussing how quickly the light could change the entire scene. Well done.
